 Homey – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Homey, an innovative online platform specialized in furniture and décor shopping from multiple trusted stores and brands.
By using our app, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full. Continued use of Homey constitutes your acceptance of them.

2. Definitions

  • App: The Homey mobile application and all related services.
  • User: Any person using the app as a visitor, buyer, or vendor.
  • Vendor: A store or seller offering products via Homey.
  • Products: Furniture, décor, and accessories listed within the app.

3. Use of the App

  • Users must be 18 years or older to register or make purchases.
  • The app must only be used for lawful purposes.
  • Homey reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates its policies.

4. Accounts & Privacy

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
  • All personal data is handled in accordance with Homey’s Privacy Policy.

5. Products & Prices

  • Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the vendor’s policy.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from actual products.
  • Homey reserves the right to update prices or specifications at any time without prior notice.

6. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed or verified.
  • Homey may cancel any order if it cannot be fulfilled and refund the amount accordingly.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and approved e-payment services.

7. Delivery & Receiving

  • Delivery times vary depending on vendor and customer location.
  • Customers must check their order upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receipt for manufacturing defects.
  • Used or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
  • Each vendor’s return policy applies accordingly.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Homey acts solely as an online intermediary between users and vendors.
  • Homey is not responsible for product quality, delays, or issues caused by vendors.
  • The user acknowledges that all transactions are made directly with the respective store or vendor.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logo, text, design, code, and images) is the property of Homey.
  • Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Modifications

Homey reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the app after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.
